Apparently, Russell Brand and Teresa has split! To be honest, I saw this coming, and besides Teresa could do so much better than him, lol – no offence to Russell’s fan, but he’s a nob.

AFTER claiming his love for Australian starlet Teresa Palmer had marked the end of his womanising ways, it’s instead a case of Oops I Did it Again for British lothario Russell Brand.

The comedian has reportedly ended his relationship with Palmer to pursue US tabloid princess Britney Spears – just two months after announcing the diminutive actress had reformed his insatiable sexual apetite and made him “a changed man”.

It is understood Brand and Spears continued bonding after the cameras stopped rolling at last week’s MTV Video Music Awards, where the UK comedian played host and the triumphant popstar scooped three awards.

The pair is rumoured to have had an intimate dinner together at Hollywood’s Little Red Door restaurant on Friday night, after being seen arriving and leaving separately to avoid being photographed together.

Just hours before their rendezvous, Brand told reporters he was newly single after ending his three-month relationship with Palmer, 22.

Describing himself as “footloose and fancy free,” Brand reportedly even propositioned a female journalist during press interviews for his upcoming film Bedtime Stories.

A romantic association with Spears would be the perfect publicity platform for Brand, a former heroin addict who is desperately working to emulate his British fame and notoriety in Hollywood.

Brand and Palmer met on the set of Adam Sandler’s film Bedtime Stories earlier this year.

Palmer’s Australian representative did not return calls yesterday.

Teresa is a beautiful actress and I have no idea why she dated Russell the pirate. She should date someone that doesn’t have a reputation as a lady’s man. Such as Topher Gracer,Adam Brody,and Russell the pirate. They all seem to be out spoken, tall, and thin guys. Perhaps she’ll have better luck next time. And maybe she’ll get a role in the Batman Begins 3. In no way to I mean to diss Teresa. Just suggestions. =)
